Showing great professionalism and knowledge, Ralph attempted various troubleshooting techniques to fix our ivms-4500 security camera system but to no avail. As a solution, he suggested a fair replacement of our DVR system, as it had been in use for 8-10 years. The next day, he ordered the new system for pickup. Even though Ralph was not available for installation due to prior commitments, he sent one of his staff, who successfully got everything back up and running. I am incredibly pleased with their services and would certainly work with them again or recommend them to other property managers.
