The service provided was superb, and the technician was exceptionally knowledgeable in his craft. Despite my lack of familiarity with pianos, my son required one to progress in his studies. The technician expertly tuned the instrument, recommending twice-over tuning, which took about an hour and a half, resulting in outstanding sound quality that resembled those at his school. Additionally, he skillfully resolved some touchy keys at a reasonable cost. His punctuality, professionalism, and expertise were remarkable, making me obliged to use his services again.
