When I contacted Renae, the company's owner, it was late at night and I was feeling very anxious. Despite the late hour, Renae responded quickly and arranged a meet and greet with my cats. Her calm demeanor, efficiency, empathy, and willingness to work within my budget immediately reassured me. During my cats' stay with her, Renae maintained a high level of professionalism by providing daily health updates, check-ins, and photos.
