INTERIOR DECORATING AND DESIGN SERVICES

As an Interior Decorator, my services include:

- Decorating consultations
- Concept boards, floor plans, and specification spreadsheets for all decor elements
- Sourcing, purchasing, and installing home furnishings such as furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, art, decor, plants, and accessories

My services do not entail the hiring of contractors or structural changes to your home. Instead, they're aimed at clients who desire home decorating and styling, have smaller budgets, shorter timelines, and uncomplicated needs.

PRICING

1. INTERIOR DECORATING CONSULTATION RATE- A flat fee of $250.00

2. INTERIOR DECORATING PACKAGE RATES - Include measurements, concept boards, floor plans, specifications, and cost summary.

- One Room: $1,250
- Two Rooms: $2,400
- Three Rooms: $3,650
- Four Rooms: $4,900
- Five Rooms: $6,150

Rooms may include the living room, family room, dining room, bedroom/bathroom, library, office, gym, nursery, or outdoor living space. (Container gardening services are also available, please inquire about pricing.)

3. ORDERING/PURCHASING HOURLY RATE - For services conducted, customers will be billed at a rate of $75.00/hour.

4. INSTALLATION HOURLY RATE - For services conducted, customers will be billed at a rate of $75.00/hour.

Please note that these package prices do not cover the cost of furnishings.
