Throughout the years, I have gained extensive experience in designing and creating various types of websites, including personalized, corporate, eCommerce, and internal applications developed on web platforms.
My background in the technology industry dates back to 2002, where my expertise was primarily focused on PC hardware maintenance, computer repair, network configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
I possess an extensive skill set in full-stack web development, Microsoft Office products, and PC/Mac/Server hardware and software. Additionally, my experience includes networking setup, management, and additions, as well as administration tasks such as transcribing, dictation, and ghost-writing. I am also proficient in reaper64 and Audacity for audio production, and I provide business consulting services, including identifying inefficiencies, developing plans for improvement, marketing and media advice, and software recommendations.
Furthermore, I am knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator 2021, Adobe Photoshop 2021, and Davinci Resolve at an intermediate level.

Since 2012, I have been associated with Innovated Tech, which was formerly known as Trusted Programmer. They developed a custom roofing software for our company and have been providing consistent hosting services. Although we have experienced some minor problems and interruptions over the years, Ben has always been prompt in responding and resolving issues swiftly. I cannot recall ever waiting for more than 4 hours to get a problem fixed.

The professional in question is a bona fide web developer and web designer who undertook the mammoth task of overhauling a website that was in shambles. Going above and beyond the call of duty, their communication was stellar as they walked me through every single step and managed to give the site a much more attractive appearance. Suffice to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with how it all turned out and highly recommend that they include this creation in their portfolio. Needless to say, there are no complaints on my end.

It's not recommended to hire this individual for transcribing as he tends to only complete half of the work and still charges the full amount. Moreover, some of the reviews on his profile are not from legitimate sources. It's a shame that I had to witness this behavior. I've had positive experiences on CrackerJack and prefer using it over Angi. Hopefully, this review will encourage him to be more forthcoming and transparent with clients moving forward. This ordeal was a complete waste of time for everyone involved.

I typically have had positive experiences utilizing CrackerJack's platform in the past but unfortunately, this encounter was a letdown. However, it ended on a high note due to my persistence in outlining my expectations and reasoning with the team. I was able to prove that the work rendered by this individual was subpar and I received a full refund. It's important to beware of his practice of conflating the work you asked for with additional tasks and using the contract to argue for more payment. We're paying for real-time work, not just effort expended.

I was pleased to have the ability to select a template and modify it according to my business requirements. The process was relatively straightforward, and I intend to return for additional services in the future. The only downside was the occasional receipt of text messages outside of operational hours, but typically a response was not required until the following day.
