In 2009, when my brother passed away due to Leukemia, I made it my goal to assist people in enhancing their health and overall well-being. Over a span of 10+ years, I dedicated myself to mastering fitness and nutrition techniques while obtaining exclusive experiences such as working with Stanford University Athletics and San Jose State University football in sports nutrition.
