I confidently endorse Jon, who came with a strong recommendation from a friend of mine. Jon played a pivotal role in helping me identify an exceptional sound system that was perfectly suited to my specific wants and needs. He conducted an exhaustive review of available options and was able to clearly articulate the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. Moreover, he demonstrated tremendous competence during the installation phase, ensuring that all software was updated and functioning optimally. In fact, Jon went above and beyond by mounting three television sets and two sound systems for me, even swapping out my outdated system for a new one. Removing an older plasma TV and installing a new 75” Sony TV, Jon and his assistant did an outstanding job. Despite its difficulty, they tackled it with expertise and care, demonstrating Jon's exceptional quality of work and attention to detail. For complex installations, he takes the time to ensure the job is done correctly, thoroughly explaining all necessary details, coordinating the sound system, and other add-ons that make up a lasting entertainment system. However, Jon is just as willing to offer great service with simple installations and can even help you learn how to make the most of your new TV!
