After struggling to find a contractor who could achieve the task within my budget and an acceptable timeframe, I encountered Micheal. He made everything effortless for me, resulting in a seamless process, despite the borough's rigorous permit requirements. Micheal also directed me through the permit application process. Despite not wanting to undergo the demolition, I appreciate Micheal's diligent work and dedication to simplify the process. He left the site clean, with no evidence that a garage was previously present. I am incredibly grateful for Micheal's excellent job, support during the process, and kind demeanor.
