Infinity Pro was hired to rebuild our basement after it was flooded and gutted. The project involved drywall installation, texturing, and painting. Michael and his team were highly professional and dedicated to ensuring that the final outcome met our expectations. Michael actively collaborated with us when it came to selecting colors and was always available to brainstorm or resolve any issues that arose. On October 12th, I wrote a review for InfinityPro Painting & Construction. However, I have since had a meeting with Michael where he apologized for the previous scheduling mishaps. He impressed me with his extensive knowledge of home construction and drywalling, and was a true professional. Although I am still undecided on who to work with for my project, I am considering Infinity Pro Painting & Construction due to their expertise and professionalism. Prior to this, on October 5th, I expressed frustration with their lack of commitment to scheduled meetings. They failed to follow through on two separate occasions and neglected to communicate properly, making it difficult to trust their word.
