Initially, I became a client of Mark's a considerable time ago and I have always been impressed with his coaching abilities. Recently, upon visiting his latest facility, I was astounded by the diverse options he offers in my training program. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and I also had the pleasure of meeting another instructor from his program, Jake, who possesses similar attributes. Due to time constraints, I am unable to attend more frequently, but I strongly recommend Mark and Jake's program to individuals of any body type or those facing any challenges.
