For a period of 13 years, I have been working out alongside Tony. Being an athlete throughout my existence, I played both soccer and lacrosse while in college and later on participated in multiple Boston marathons. My profession is renowned for back and neck complications, and my father underwent numerous surgical procedures owing to work-associated skeletal difficulties. However, Tony has coached me on how to stretch, increase flexibility, and develop core strength, which has kept me in excellent health. Thanks to Tony's training, I am now 58 years old and can still pass the strength and conditioning assessment required for individuals seeking to become Navy SEALs.
