We had an outstanding experience with Indy K9 Groom. It was our initial visit, and we are extremely pleased with how Our Misty Angel was taken care of. Her appearance is fantastic, and she smells even better. Pam was outstanding. Misty was relaxed and confident with Pam's grooming skills, which is something she struggles with when working with other groomers. Pam did a fantastic job bathing and cutting my Soft Coated Wheaten! As expected with this breed, my dog had a lot of matting that needed attention. Other larger pet stores I've taken him to have left him appearing shaken and even somewhat traumatized. But at Indy K9 Groom, he was all smiles and didn't want to leave when I came to pick him up. Plus, the price was very reasonable!

A grooming appointment has been arranged and pictures will be sent at a later time. The groomer displayed great attentiveness by scheduling the appointment for the entire day, allowing for the possibility of grooming the dog in stages. This level of dedication is truly impressive!
