As new residents of Vermont, we urgently require yard work to be completed before the chilly weather sets in. In search of prompt assistance, we posted a job on CrackerJack and received a response from a company. They visited our property to assess the task and committed to providing an accurate estimate. After surveying the area, they assured us of contacting us at the earliest with a quote. However, it has been almost three weeks now, and we have received no response from the contractor. Our interaction with CrackerJack has been disappointing.
