Upon reaching out to schedule, Aurorah, the contact lady, promptly communicated and made efforts to accommodate my busy schedule. Deborah, the groomer, arrived punctually and exhibited a calm and sweet disposition. She attentively listened to my requests and did an excellent job grooming my pet. Their pricing was competitive, and they completed clean-up after grooming. Overall, the process was seamless, and I am pleased with their exceptional service. Previously, taking my dog to a groomer was stressful due to the chaos and lack of attention to detail; however, this service surpassed my expectations. Deborah and her assistant were absolutely fantastic! My beloved pet, "Denis," had his first grooming experience, and they were incredibly gentle and kind to him. They took their time and did an exceptional job grooming him, ensuring that all of his matting was eliminated. Denis behaved well and felt secure while under their care.
