What I adore most about my job is its ability to benefit all parties involved. We offer an exclusive service to individuals who may not have access to regular Yoga classes. Our sessions can be incorporated into your work or leisure time, making yoga accessible to all. I am honored to contribute to people's lives by providing an opportunity for Yoga, which has the potential to bring a positive change in their lives.

Poppy is incredibly warm, welcoming and sweet. I had the pleasure of meeting her when I was new to yoga and considering private lessons. Poppy kindly taught me the basics of yoga breathing. Although I ultimately couldn't afford the private lessons, any business that employs her is incredibly fortunate to have her. Poppy also offers a unique session for recharging, recentering and energy work although I can't recall the exact description. Despite my financial limitations, I remain intrigued and may try it in the future. While I can't afford private lessons, I'm sure the yoga classes Poppy teaches to businesses are well worth the investment.
