Despite having paid a significant amount for a 2-car garage, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the flooring. Despite not using the garage for car parking since the epoxy was applied in November 2021, the floor remains rough and has not smoothed out as promised within a few weeks. I have attempted to contact Duratex for assistance, inspection, and repairs, but their lack of response has been disappointing. It is regrettable that they have not shown proper care for their customers. To me, it appears unwise to invest a large sum of money into flooring that fails to live up to promises and lacks sufficient support and aid for customers.
