I couldn't figure out why my nest thermostat wasn't calling for heat or cooling. After reaching out to Ja'Quavius, he promptly arranged a visit to check it out. Upon arrival, he determined that the thermostat was faulty and proceeded to replace it. Since then, my thermostat has been functioning properly.
