After requesting three quotes, all the three contractors provided a detailed explanation of what was necessary to complete my roof. Despite having similar prices, I opted for Improved Roofing of AZ since Mr. Flores was the only one who invested the time to discuss the problem areas (with photo evidence) and suggested ways of maintaining the roof so it stays in good condition. I plan on engaging his services for any future needs and strongly endorse him.
