As I am currently selling my home, I sought assistance from Melissa Klotzbuecher and Naudie Irizarry to ensure that the foundation is still in optimal condition after 7 years. They have been incredibly helpful in explaining the Warranty Transfer process for the new owner, and have demonstrated an extensive level of knowledge and patience in their explanations.

I contacted them out of concern that a long-standing pool leak may have led to significant foundation damage, possibly even a sinkhole, and I was quite anxious about the many possible outcomes. From the very first phone call, their team displayed courteous professionalism. The owner himself even called me personally to ensure that I was receiving proper care and gave me a preliminary assessment. During the on-site visit, which was completely free of charge, Mr. Solsberry skillfully measured the foundation to determine its current condition. We spent nearly an hour discussing my concerns and carefully examining the foundation, crown molding, and bricks. Mr. Solsberry was highly experienced in the Katy area and provided me with invaluable feedback. We even discussed the impact of trees on the foundation's long-term health. Mr. Solsberry only left when all of my questions were thoroughly answered to my satisfaction. I am truly grateful to Olshan Foundation repair for their time and generosity in sharing their knowledge. After months of worrying about the foundation, I can finally rest easy at night knowing my family is safe and I don't have to move out. Don Ethridge provided an exceptional service. He arrived promptly, was courteous, and demonstrated expertise. His inspection was comprehensive, covering both the interior and exterior of the property. Although he highlighted potential issues, he determined that the foundation was not at fault. Consequently, I did not require the services of Olshan. Nevertheless, should the need for foundation repair arise in the future, they will be my top choice.
