Throughout the process, Raul maintained a high level of professionalism. He adhered to COVID guidelines during our initial meeting, where he provided a thorough explanation of the job's scope, and presented me with a reasonable quote. On the day of the project, his team arrived promptly and left me with impeccably clean floors in my small commercial space. Raul worked around my scheduling needs and provided an appropriate price for the job. Compared to the other bids, his was only slightly higher than the lowest and significantly lower than the highest, while also offering a more in-depth explanation and superior service. Our floors look exceptionally clean thanks to Raul's outstanding job. His professionalism and flexibility with our scheduling needs were very much appreciated. We were returning to our home on a Saturday morning after a flood, and Raul went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He rescheduled his appointment for Saturday morning at 6:00am so that the job would be done before our move.
