I am an orthopedically trained bodyworker with 1400+ educational hours and a certification as a lymphedema therapist. My focus is on providing healthcare through an assessment-based, results-oriented approach. My specialties include injury prevention and rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and improved joint function.
I tailor each session to address your primary concerns, utilizing modalities such as Fascial Stretch Therapy™, compressive deep tissue massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I adjust my touch for your pain tolerance and may ask for active participation to increase the effectiveness of certain techniques.
Please note that while relaxation techniques may be used as appropriate for your specific appointment, I do not generally offer sessions solely focused on relaxation. My booking hours are Monday-Thursday from 10am-6pm (last start time). New clients will receive an electronic intake form via email and must complete it and place a card on file in order to reserve their first appointment.

As a massage therapist myself, I have been through numerous professionals in California without success in finding the right one. However, I have finally found her! Sam is absolutely amazing and was able to address my actual issues in a professional and skilled manner.
