I have had the pleasure of using Imperium Cooling & Heating's services multiple times, specifically their skilled technician Pedro. The first time I reached out to them was when I experienced a leak from my HVAC system shortly after moving into my new condo. Pedro promptly came and fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the same HVAC system failed during the winter, leading me to contact Pedro once again. It was determined that the system was beyond repair and I was able to secure a fair price for a full system installation through Imperium. However, what I appreciate most about this company is their exceptional customer service. During the installation process, a sub-contractor who was hired by Imperium tried to persuade me into an "off the books" mini-split system service in my attic. This resulted in damage to the condenser and I was asked to pay hundreds of dollars for his unsuccessful attempts at repair. As it turned out, this individual had a reputation for poor workmanship and was fired by Imperium. Pedro quickly came to fix a minor issue with the new HVAC system and I informed him of the situation. I was pleased to learn that Imperium does not tolerate such unethical behavior and had already taken action to remedy the situation. Thanks to the outstanding work and integrity of Imperium Cooling & Heating, I highly recommend them. Their rates are competitive, their employees prioritize customer satisfaction, and they hold themselves accountable for the actions of their sub-contractors. On four separate occasions, Pedro has provided me with exceptional service. The most recent instance was the replacement of my mini-split system, which was completed quickly, efficiently, and at a great price. I give this company 5 stars without hesitation.
