My establishment has proudly operated for a decade now. I deliberately chose the name Crippled but Cute LLC to elicit curiosity and prompt inquiries. You see, a stroke left me wheelchair-bound for nearly two years beginning in 2014-15. Yet, I refused to let it dampen my spirit or self-image. I maintained a poised demeanor and appearance, despite being told repeatedly that I didn't appear ill. Reflecting on this experience, I realized that society often associates signs of sickness with one's appearance. It's a damaging stigma that I resolved to challenge. My aim was to empower and support women who, like me, battle illnesses daily. That's why my business name represents strength, kindness, and encouragement. I cherish my occupation because it serves as war paint - inspiring women to persevere in their fight against illness.

Julianna and her team exceeded all expectations! Their talent is simply amazing! We had a large bridal party consisting of 2 brides, 2 mother of the brides, 6 bridesmaids, and an aunt of the bride, and every person was thrilled with their stunning hair and makeup. The team members were not only skilled, but also very kind and considerate. They treated us all with the utmost care and attention, making sure we felt like royalty.
