As the previous owners had carpet installed, and the carpet stretcher caused scratches in the flooring, the situation was worrying as we had recently bought the house. To our delight, N-Hance was able to sand the scratches and repair any further damages. Additionally, they replaced the spoilt boards, which was commendable.
