After showing up and examining the site, they provided one of the two estimates after a few days. However, the second estimate has not been received yet.
Update: The second estimate arrived a few days later, but we have decided not to proceed with this provider. I believe CrackerJack needs to have a mechanism for evaluating pre-hire and post-work reviews separately, as this review is not reflective of any actual work accomplished.
