The appointment with Illumination Window Cleaning was supposed to take place on November 23, but unfortunately, the service provider didn't show up, nor did he call or send a text to explain the situation. This unexpected no-show left me feeling quite disappointed and frustrated, especially since my attempts to reach him via phone and text yielded no response whatsoever.
