She rendered exceptional service that exceeded expectations. Amidst the family member's hospitalization, important papers had to be notarized. Without hesitation, she went to the hospital which was approximately 45 minutes away to perform the task. In fact, she went beyond that by assisting in having the notarized papers delivered to me in another state.
