Five stars are insufficient to express my satisfaction!!! I contacted James on short notice, less than three days before the event, and he responded promptly. The professionalism exhibited was remarkable. The task at hand was not easy. Our mission was to document a military honors funeral, which included a USAF flyover. There was no room for error as there was no rehearsal or do-overs. As plans continued to unfold, James and I remained in daily contact. James and his crew flawlessly and seamlessly captured every detail while respecting our privacy. James promptly provided us with a preview video in a few days, which was faster than we had expected. His outstanding workmanship and meticulous attention to detail in editing the video were remarkable. Upon watching the final video, I was moved to tears. I was overwhelmed with how many sights and sounds I missed while participating in my father's funeral. The video is priceless to us, and we are grateful to have found James Willis and Ignite Productions & Entertainment, LLC. I must reiterate that James's rates were not exorbitant. Even the additional copies that he created and sent to us were reasonably priced. Ignite Productions & Entertainment, LLC is the company to work with. I highly recommend their services.
