I would choose all five options because of the unique situation I had with my Microsoft Surface 3 laptop. After purchasing it in late June or early July, it slipped out of my hands within the first 30 days, causing a crack in the bottom right corner. Despite the damage, the laptop functioned normally until late August when a flicker in the screen became a nuisance. Multiple phone calls for help were unsuccessful, as only Microsoft was authorized to fix the laptop due to its design. However, I found Jason at IPCS who looked at my laptop and confirmed that it needed Microsoft's repair. Though Microsoft initially refused to help due to the physical damage, Jason provided all the necessary information to prove that it was a factory issue. Thanks to his persistence and hard work, Microsoft accepted the repair, and I received a new laptop due to the manufacturer defect. I highly recommend Jason at IPCS and will continue to use his services in the future.
