The service provided was extremely appalling! I had to redo all the cleaning after their departure and a lot of tasks were left incomplete. I was highly skeptical when they expressed their unfamiliarity with oven cleaner and inquired about its purchase location. What a shocking revelation! They were an absolute waste of my precious time and hard-earned money. Thus, I strongly recommend avoiding ICT at all costs. I am immensely disappointed with their janitorial service and suggest that they consider venturing into a different business line. I am utterly speechless!

The services offered by ICT Janitorial Services are excellent! They promptly answered my queries and I eventually decided to hire them for the job. They did an impressive job of cleaning my carpets by even removing the tough stains. I strongly recommend them to others!
