It's important to conduct thorough research before committing to a project. Despite my attempts to be satisfied with the outcome, our $500 job plus tip tragically came crashing down within 30 minutes of being in our Caesars Penthouse. We were forced to prop it up on chairs just to achieve a presentable appearance. Our "5 for 50" deal was also not as promised - instead of the digit "2", it was represented by the letter "o" in our pictures of the job. Additionally, I had ordered a specific balloon that could not be delivered on time by their creative team. Though they promised to ship it to me later, it has been two weeks and I have yet to receive it. This was especially frustrating because the balloon was a crucial part of the project. The balloons they did provide were hung without helium and the strings were not properly cut or curled, as agreed upon. It's now clear to me why they preferred to work alone in the room. I was also displeased with their unprofessional appearance - I have seen newspaper delivery boys dress better. This was a costly lesson learned, and I would advise anyone to do their research, especially if paying with PayPal, which has an automatic 21-day hold for a reason.

Regrettably, I do not have any pictures!😩😩. I became so preoccupied on the day of my daughter's quinceñera that I failed to capture any photos! Nevertheless, I requested a stunning balloon cascade in shades of beige, blush and light blue decorated with flowers, and that's exactly what I received! Communication, cost, and punctuality were all excellent! I would certainly engage their services again!
