I am extremely grateful to Ichko for always supporting my growth. When I first met her, I was filled with fear, tears, and overwhelming emotions. I cried throughout our conversation as I shared with her the struggles my family and I had been through. In order to help me find inner peace, she gave me homework to reflect on what I had been ignoring and helped me understand the meaning behind quotes I had known for a long time but hadn't fully comprehended.
We often find ourselves doing things without realizing why or understanding the importance of the task.
