Contact KELLY LAWLESS - an excellent manager who prioritizes my tenants and manages my properties as if they were her own. I have been working with this company for over four years now and I am extremely pleased to have found them. Kelly Lawless, who oversees all of my properties, is the ultimate professional in terms of communication, support, and attention. It's hard to come across a manager whom you never have to worry about- Kelly is that person! I am grateful for Frontline and their services, and I am especially grateful to Kelly for being the ideal manager one can ask for. Recently, I offered my assistance to one of my tenants who was moving, and Kelly accepted on their behalf - needless to say, they were beyond satisfied with the tenant care provided! I could go on and on, but to reiterate, Frontline is fantastic, and it's all thanks to Kelly's amazing management skills!

For the past 3 years, I have been a tenant of this company, and my overall experience has been great. Robin, my property manager, is a true gem. She is always attentive and empathetic whenever I bring up any concerns. Scheduling maintenance is a breeze, and the team is consistently prompt and effective. The entire staff is extremely professional, and I cannot praise Robin enough for her exceptional service.

We've had a positive experience with Frontline for the past three years. Our manager, Robin, is exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with her responsiveness, sincerity, and transparency when addressing our queries and concerns (even when we message her after business hours). Although there's been a high turnover rate among maintenance personnel, we've always felt safe with them around our home. The office team communicates freeze warnings, maintains heating/AC units, and provides valuable foundation tips. We've noticed that rent payments are no longer reported to the credit bureau, but it's unclear whether it was the company's decision or a third-party decision. Regardless, we're grateful they did it for so long and helped us improve our credit score.
