In this course, I will guide you through the fundamental basics of American Boxing 101 and provide you with the necessary skills for any boxing match or physical confrontation you may encounter. Additionally, we will focus on building your endurance and toning your muscles according to your goals. As a certified personal trainer with NASM, I specialize in both Youth Exercise and MMA conditioning. With over 13 years of experience as an amateur and professional boxer, and over 30 years of coaching, it is my passion and profession to teach the art of Boxing, America's original martial art.
