The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable and responsive staff. Unfortunately, we were experiencing a lack of hot water. Other service providers just gave quotes to replace the entire boiler at a steep price of $2,000 and didn't even attempt to troubleshoot the issue in-house. Other providers who came in couldn't identify the problem even after multiple attempts, thus leaving us in a tough spot. However, Josh came in, and within minutes he identified the problem and replaced the complex motor successfully, providing us with the boiler service we needed. He even followed up later that day to make sure everything was alright. From now on, he will be my go-to professional for all my HVAC needs. The rest of the providers turned out to be con artists and opportunists.
