Greetings! I'm Romain, the owner and operator of Hyperion Computerworks in Southwest Portland's Garden Home neighborhood.

As someone who's been working with computers since the age of 6 and serving as the family and friends' IT specialist since age 10, I decided to fully commit myself to the field in 2016 after recognizing my tendency to become the go-to "IT Guy" in all my previous jobs.

With a team of skilled professionals, we provide various services such as computer repairs, network support, home theatre setup, and smarthome configuration both in our office, onsite and remotely. Our clients range from residential to small businesses and everything in-between.

You can bring your computer over to our shop, or we can pack our gear and come to your home or office. From setting up a new system to managing an unresponsive printer, we are happy to handle any request, no matter how big or small.

My five-year-old MacBook Pro desperately needed attention and a new battery, and Romain came to the rescue like a true hero. He was incredibly diligent, trustworthy, readily available, and always kept me in the loop. When I picked up my laptop, he even offered some additional tips to keep my computer in excellent working condition. Even after the repair, he was extremely helpful in answering my questions. I cannot recommend him and his company enough for any out-of-warranty computer repairs, whether it be a Mac or PC. They are truly top-notch!
