This business provided me with a wonderful experience. Despite it not being an emergency, I sent out an inquiry on Sunday and the technician arrived in about an hour. I had requested A/C maintenance, and he promptly informed me of the necessary repairs and their potential costs upon his arrival. The services turned out to be reasonably priced, completed effectively, and the technician even discussed potential future complications with me given that I have an older A/C unit. I don't know where to start, but everything about HVAC heroes was excellent. Their service was superb, their timing was perfect, and their rates were the lowest. When our hot water heater started leaking, we needed it replaced immediately because it was damaging our laundry room. Luckily, they provided same day service and went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did they install the new water heater from Home Depot, but they also noticed it was dented and drove us back to get it replaced. They even fixed a water sprocket in our garage that we had damaged. In addition, they pointed out and fixed air leakage in our HVAC system with plumbers putty. After the installation, we noticed that we gained more square footage since the new water heater was bigger than the old one. We can't say enough good things about this awesome company. If you want quality service and a great quote, don't miss out on HVAC heroes. They replaced our 11-year-old, white GE gas heater with a new rheem gas heater.
