On one of the hottest days, my A/C suddenly stopped working. Thankfully, I contacted Hudson Valley HVAC and the person who answered the phone was incredibly knowledgeable. He asked me some questions to determine what the issue might be and we scheduled an appointment for later that day. The technician who arrived was polite and even put on shoe covers before entering my home. Thanks to his expertise, my A/C was up and running again in no time. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received from this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. Thanks again, Mitch, for all your help!

During the hottest weekend of summer, my central air conditioner malfunctioned. However, after promptly contacting Hudson Valley HVAC, the owner promptly responded to my plea. Unfortunately, after reaching out to five different HVAC companies, none of them returned my calls. Thankfully, Hudson Valley HVAC dispatched a service technician on the following day. The technician conducted a swift and precise diagnosis of the issue, and my air conditioning unit was repaired. I highly recommend this company.

The A/C was found to be not functional, but after contacting HV, it was determined that the low voltage wires were not connected. The wires were promptly reconnected and the system was thoroughly checked, with a few additional fixes made. Overall, it was a positive experience and highly recommended.
