Following the windstorm, my siding and shingles had been blown off and water was entering my home. I met with the owner of Neil's company who promised to take care of the exposed areas by tarping and housewrapping them as soon as possible, to prevent further water damage.
However, on the day of repairs, Neil's company failed to show up or at least notify me of any changes. When I confronted Neil, he attempted to blame the subcontractor who didn't show up, but I pointed out that I had hired Neil's company, not the subcontractor. It was their responsibility to ensure their subcontractors showed up and did the work, which they failed to do.
As a result, I had to hire another company to conduct the temporary repairs and will also hire them for the full roof replacement.

I engaged HCRR for a minor exterior work on my house. Initially, the representative was prompt in responding to my queries before I agreed and paid the first deposit. However, after making the payment, the communication significantly reduced. The agreed time frame of two weeks extended to over a month, and despite numerous calls and texts, I received minimal response to my voicemails. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to material delays, I find it unacceptable for a job that was supposed to be completed within two weeks to remain incomplete after three months, without adequate communication. Ultimately, I would like a refund, and I cannot recommend HCRR to others.

The leak in the gutters was effectively repaired by Neil. However, we are currently observing the repair as it has been only one day since the last rainfall. We hope to gain a clearer understanding of the effectiveness of the repair during the next few rainy days. Fortunately, there were no signs of leakage on the initial day after the repair.
