Derek and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly prompt in their text responses and provided invaluable advice once they arrived. Not only did they provide recommendations on how to better manage the shade in our backyard, but they also suggested which trees to trim in order to promote the growth of more grass and save our beloved Japanese maple. Further, they took careful consideration in ensuring the balance of the trees they trimmed but didn't remove to prevent any potential toppling.
