Although it took some time to schedule us in, they promptly accommodated us once scheduled. They executed their job with excellence, and informed us of any changes. We are exceedingly content with the outcome; additionally, the price was reasonable. Without hesitation, I would refer this roofing company to anybody!

Following a storm, one of my chimneys shifted, consequently causing damage to my roof tiles. The expenses incurred due to the immense damage to my home were significant. Upon contacting Scott Willis, a professional repair service, he promptly arrived at the scene and conducted a thorough evaluation of the damage. Howard & Sons, the repair service, not only fixed the issues I was aware of, but also identified additional damage caused by the solar company responsible for installing my solar panels - which I was previously unaware of. I am extremely pleased with Howard & Sons' customer service and professional approach. The company's affordability, prompt service, and proficient execution of the necessary repairs left me highly impressed. They also undertook the task of clearing up the mess generated during the repairs. The H & S team was excellent, demonstrating their hardworking and happy attitudes. David was particularly impressive in his communication skills, effectively explaining the process and providing solutions. Due to the gaps in our old roof and its proximity to the ocean, heavy condensation posed a problem. When the City delayed the scheduled inspector, I called David in the morning, and they came the same day to cover the roof. The plastic covering did an excellent job, with water pouring off like a light rain in the morning. Not having prior knowledge about roofs, I contacted a local company, OE, for a bid, which quoted a significantly higher price for a roof that didn't use the required Title 24 shingle for L.A. This finding hit me hard, and their three-day cancellation policy was only in tiny red print. In contrast, H & S had a bold print cancellation policy, and they used premium Cool Roofing products that they reviewed and explained in detail through email. Though located farther away, I opted for a trustworthy roofing job and finally found what I was looking for after four attempts. H & S delivered an excellent outcome, which was a Fantastic Done Deal. I made payment easy by taking advantage of the new 0% interest rewards credit cards available. Thank you again to H & S for a job well done.
