In less than three minutes, Darrell replaced the faulty door latch that had challenged me for over an hour. He provided a detailed explanation as to why the old latch had stopped working and expertly guided me through the installation of the new one. Additionally, he noticed that the deadbolt had been fitted incorrectly and promptly remedied this. Upon requesting advice on lock replacement, Darrell kindly provided his recommendations.
