On the initial cleaning, the team had missed a few areas and arrived late. I expressed my concerns to the owner, who agreed that this was unacceptable. They apologized for being out of town at a funeral but promised to return to redo the missed areas. True to their word, they came back and not only cleaned the missed areas but went above and beyond by touching up previously cleaned areas. The care and value they demonstrated towards their customers were impressive, and it's rare to find this level of customer service nowadays.
