Leaving my blind and anxious cat behind always makes me worry, but Joan is truly incredible. She provides daily photo and status updates and my cats were at ease around her. It's evident that Joan has a genuine affection for cats, and my pets reciprocated that love. Astonishingly, my nervous cat remained calm and didn't get sick under her care. Joan is an exceptional pet caregiver! During our absence, she looked after our seventeen-year-old dog with utmost attention, consideration, and communication!
Prior to our trip, Joan came to acquaint herself with our pet and noted her difficulty on slippery wooden floors, and astutely suggested a solution that significantly enhanced the dog's quality of life.
