I was extremely pleased with Hornet Moving's performance during my relocation. I would certainly consider employing them again. Their timeliness, expertise, and prompt communication were all noteworthy.

Although the guys arrived a bit late, they gave me prior notice, which was appreciated. They conducted themselves politely, worked diligently, and managed to transport some extremely bulky items. Their services were hired for shifting an Allstate office from Charlotte Waxhaw, and the fee charged was reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire their services again. Thank you, guys.

Recently in December 2017, my local move in Charlotte was assisted by Hornet. Their rates are competitive and transparent with no hidden fees. The convenience of their online availability and scheduling is extremely beneficial. My assigned movers were Josh and DJ who were prompt and efficient with the move starting at 9am. They strategically arranged my belongings in the truck to prevent any damage during transportation, even though I did not have enough items to fill the space. The movers were courteous and careful with my belongings and ensured everything was placed in the correct rooms of my new home. Although one item, a 6ft tall cat tree, was damaged, Hornet swiftly reimbursed me after seeing the photos I emailed to their office as directed by the movers. The situation was handled professionally without any argument or debate. I would definitely use Hornet's services again for my next move and recommend their services to others.

My family's relocation was significant, and Hornet Moving truly made it a fantastic experience for us! The punctuality, cautiousness, professionalism, and reliability shown by Shaun W., Mo, and Smitty were beyond excellent.
