Tomiko is amazing! I was feeling apprehensive and urgently needed a cleaning service, so I sent her a message via CrackerJack late one night to inquire about her housekeeping services. Much to my surprise, she responded to my message that same night. True to her word, she followed up with a call the next morning to set up a same-day appointment. My townhouse is located in a newly developed area with confusing and frustrating GPS directions. However, Tomiko maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process until she arrived at my property.
