Hopkin's carpet cleaning service was exceptional. Not only did he successfully remove soil from high traffic areas that other cleaners failed to, but he also eliminated all stains, including furniture stains, from my carpets.
I was impressed with Mr. Hopkins' prompt response, scheduling an appointment and providing an estimate within 10 minutes of my call. Unlike other providers, he estimated the cost by space, without any splitting hairs over small areas. I found his price to be very reasonable compared to other estimates.
Punctual, friendly, and efficient, Mr. Hopkins provided me with excellent service. I highly recommend his services.
