My new restaurant Satellite TV installation was flawlessly handled by these guys. Rainer, who I presume is the proprietor, managed and oversaw every detail of the project until it was completed. I called him a few times as I forgot how to operate some of the features, and he promptly answered and guided me through it. I highly endorse their services for both residential and commercial purposes.

After spending an hour on the phone with TW and getting nowhere, I opted to switch to satellite. After browsing through some forum posts, I searched for a local dealer near me on the Directv website. I stumbled upon a company called Synchronized Home Solutions located in Poway and contacted them. They visited my home and provided suggestions on where to mount the satellite. I was concerned about visibility, but the SHS team concealed it behind some bushes where it can't be seen. There was no upfront payment required, and installation was done the next day. They even helped me hang my new flat screen. The owner gave me his personal cell phone number and encouraged me to reach out should I have any issues. I am thrilled with my decision since the genie dvr system is fantastic. My college-going son can even watch Directv on his computer.

The team successfully extracted a huge satellite dish from my three-story condominium, which was a challenging feat requiring a 30-36 foot ladder.
