During the renovation, we encountered considerable water damage, but Vlad thoroughly dried and repaired the affected areas, including reinforcing the framing and rebuilding the shower wall and floor. The tile sub-contractor was impressively meticulous. Vlad and his team were highly attentive to cleanliness, which kept the dust to a minimum. Even after the job was done, he returned to install an improved splash guard to address a minor water leakage issue we had noticed.
