I, as a licensed broker in real estate investment and management, enlisted his services to repair a rental property. He was tasked with replacing three exterior doors and four windows, which was priced competitively with the market. His expertise in construction was evident, and the quality of his workmanship was satisfactory. However, he required payment to be made directly to him rather than his business, creating taxation issues for those in my line of work. Despite my requests for him to maintain a clean work area, his messiness persisted and caused other contractors on the job to be impeded. As a result, the property owner had to clean up his messes. Additionally, his lack of punctuality and short daily work hours may not be ideal for those working with a tight schedule. He may be better suited for a homeowner who is more flexible and accommodating towards these issues.
